I love fresh juice!! It’s my go-to thing whenever I feel ill or tired. I’ve been experimenting lately with different potions so I thought I would share my favourite juice recipes with you.

Juicing is a really good way of getting nutrients into your cells quick time, it’s a fast and easy absorption of nutrients. It will increase your energy levels, strengthen your immune system, give you clearer thinking ability and also make your skin glow.

I like to juice the fruits and vegetables and then blend with superfoods. I also advise to add a healthy fat to juice as this helps your body absorb the nutrients.


The Orange One

  • 4 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 1 pear
  • 1 orange
  • slice of lemon

Put those ingredients through your juicer and then blend with…

  • half tsp turmeric
  • pinch of black pepper
  • teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • teaspoon cashew butter
  • ice
  • drop of doterra lemongrass essential oil (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp MSM (optional)


The Pink One

  • 1 beetroot

Blend with..

  • watermelon
  • fresh mint
  • tsp cashew butter
  • ice
  • 1/4 teaspoon MSM (optional)


The Green One

  • half a pineapple
  • 2 big handfuls of kale
  • half cucumber
  • 4 sticks celery
  • 1 green pepper
  • handful of basil
  • half a lime

Blend with..

  • half an avocado
  • small teaspoon spirulina

For more information on MSM you could read my favourite superfoods blog post. Make sure you only use a small amount of this as it doesn’t have the best taste.


What are your favourite juice recipes? I never used to like beetroot juice but mixing it with watermelon makes it taste much nicer. Beetroot juice is also good for cleansing the liver, so it’s a good one to have after a night out 😉
