There is plenty of nutritious food on this detox, no deprivation whatsoever. It is purely to get lots of nutrients into your body and get rid of toxins. Count nutrients, not calories.
There are smoothies and juices, but plenty of plant based, natural foods that are delicious and easy to make.
In this ebook you will also find lots of information on dairy, plant based protein and hydration plus more. There is also a shopping list to make it super easy for you.
The meals are not set, simply choose what you fancy from the breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner and dessert list each day.

People are sometimes skeptical on if you need to detox, as the body is designed to detox naturally through the liver, but.. what our bodies are not designed to do is deal with all the fake foods, chemicals, pesticides and toxins found in modern day life. Eating earth based foods that our body’s are meant to eat will give you energy, give you a good boost and eliminate those stored toxins.
Processed food like products are not designed for nourishment. For our health and nourishment we need to be eating the food that nature makes us.

The detox is for 3 days but it can easily be incorporated into every day life to set you up for a lifelong healthy lifestyle.
